This environmental degradation contributes to a severe crisis for salmon and steelhead across Washington, Oregon, and California.

Hundreds of salmonid populations have been destroyed, and remaining ones are critically endangered, with Pacific salmon numbers down by 98-99%. Urgent action is vital for their survival: protect forests by stopping industrial logging, remove dams and restore aquatic habitats, halt commercial fishing and pollution, and stabilize global warming.
