Mr. Bhatt brings over 25 years of teaching and leadership experience, having significantly shaped internationalized education in China for nearly two decades. He served as a founding or academic principal at institutions like Beijing Renda Fuzhong, Nanjing Jinling High School, and Suzhou International Academy. Currently, he designs and delivers training programs for educators at The University of Nottingham Ningbo China.

His research interests include Educational Leadership, Building Sustainable Schools, Self-seeking, Fear, and Creativity. Influenced by J. Krishnamurti, his educational philosophy centers on preparing children to face themselves and the world as it is. In his free time, he enjoys nature, existentialist literature, writing poetry, and playing badminton.
